Pardee Hospital wins the Laureate Award for Workplace Enhancement

The Jackson Group's Laureate Award for Workplace Enhancement was presented to Pardee Hospital's senior leadership in July, 2007. The organization won the award based on 2006 Work Climate Survey results that showed significant improvement from a previous survey in 2004.
The results of the 2006 survey indicated great strides made by the organization to enhance the work climate. According to Hope Reynolds, Director of Human Resources for Pardee Hospital, the efforts that have been made by the organization's management shows that they have, in fact, built a positive work environment for all associates.
Pardee Hospital is a not-for-profit community hospital founded in 1953. The main hospital is licensed for 222 acute care beds and is the second largest employer in Henderson County.
